Returns & Refunds Policy
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason. To exercise this right of withdrawal, please contact us at algua.entreprise@gmail.com.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened or used water filters cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Legal Guarantee (2 Years)
All products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with EU law. If your product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if repair or replacement is not possible. This guarantee applies from the date of delivery.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. In certain cases, exchanges may also be accepted if you change your mind, subject to review. We aim to provide a fair and satisfactory solution for every customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if the item is not in its original condition, if parts are missing, or if the return is made outside the withdrawal period.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Sale items may be refunded in accordance with your legal rights.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit. If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
