General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Effective date: January 1, 2021

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted these terms without reservation.

2. Products

Products are described with the greatest possible accuracy. All product offers are valid while stocks last. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed and refunded without undue delay.

3. Prices and Delivery

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery is free in mainland France. For other destinations, shipping costs are specified before order confirmation. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated delivery times:
France: 3 to 7 business days
European Union: 5 to 10 business days
Outside EU: 7 to 20 business days

In case of a damaged parcel, the customer must contact customer service within a reasonable time.

4. Orders and Payment

Payment is due at the time of order via secure online payment methods.

The order confirmation is sent by email and constitutes acceptance of these terms. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of dispute or suspected fraud.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU law, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

Returned products must be in original condition, complete and unused.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.

The customer bears the return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued within the legal timeframe (14 days) after receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment.

6. Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects under French law.

In case of defect, the customer may request repair, replacement, or refund.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear, misuse, or external damage.

7. Liability

The seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages, technical issues, or force majeure events. Product images are non-contractual.

8. Personal Data

Personal data is collected solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service.

9. Intellectual Property
