Legal Notice & General Terms of Sale
Effective from January 1, 2021
1. Purpose
These General Terms of Sale apply to any purchase made through this website. By validating an order, the customer fully accepts these terms.
2. Products
All products are presented with a detailed description. Offers are valid while stocks last. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed and refunded.
3. Prices and Delivery
Prices are expressed in euros. Delivery is free in mainland France. For other countries or overseas territories, shipping fees are indicated or available upon request. Outside the EU, taxes or customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Indicative delivery times:
- France: 3–7 days
- EU: 5–10 days
- Outside EU / Overseas: 7–20 days
Claims for damaged parcels must be made within 3 days of receipt.
4. Orders and Payment
Payment is made at the time of order via secure online card, bank transfer, or check (French bank only). Confirmation is sent by email.
The order process includes: identification, product validation, payment, and order confirmation. Confirmation constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Sale.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has 14 days from delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and instructions. Opened or used products related to hygiene or food are non-refundable.
The customer bears all risks and costs of the return. Sending the item by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt is recommended.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer can:
- Send an email to watersfrance@yahoo.com expressing clearly the intention to withdraw, including order reference, date of receipt, and customer details.
Returns must be made without undue delay, no later than 14 days after the declaration of withdrawal. Refunds will be processed within the legal timeframe.
6. Warranty
All products benefit from the legal guarantee against defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). Excluded are normal wear, external damage, or improper use. Customers are advised to contact the seller before returning any product.
7. Liability
The seller is only bound by an obligation of means. They are not responsible for internet interruptions, technical failures, viruses, service outages, or any force majeure event. Product images and descriptions are illustrative and may slightly differ from reality.
8. Personal Data
Personal data is collected solely for order management and delivery. Data is never sold or used for other purposes. Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their data under French and EU law.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, images, logos) is the exclusive property of the seller. Reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without written authorization.
10. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts are exclusively competent.
